By accessing or using the website cinestop.cafenclub.com, operated by M/S SHIVANSH CAFETERIA, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

Definitions

  • “Buyer” or “You” refers to the individual purchasing goods via the Site.
  • “We”, “us”, “our”, or “Cinestop” refers to the owner and operator of the Site.
  • “Goods” means food, beverages, snacks, combos, and any other cinema concessions or items listed on the Site.

Order Acceptance & Contract

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason—including product availability, errors in pricing, or errors in product descriptions—at our sole discretion.
  • A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email or otherwise explicitly accept your order.
  • All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Pricing & Payment

  • Prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping, handling, and any additional charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Payment must be completed via the available methods (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Bank Transfer) and must clear before dispatch.
  • In the event of a failed payment or refusal of the payment method, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

GST Invoice Information

  • Standard Invoicing: All orders placed on Cinestop include a GST-compliant invoice. The invoice will detail product specifications, HSN codes, GST percentages, and a tax breakup as per government regulations.
  • Business / GST Registered Buyers: If you are purchasing on behalf of a business and require a GST Input Tax Credit (ITC), you must enter your Business Name and GSTIN during checkout, or request a revised GST invoice by contacting us.
  • To receive a B2B GST Invoice, buyers must provide:
    • Registered business name
    • Valid GSTIN number
    • Registered billing address
    • Contact number and email
  • Important: We cannot update or add a GSTIN once the invoice has been generated. Please ensure all GST details are entered correctly at checkout.
  • Access: Your invoice will be automatically emailed upon order confirmation and can be requested at any time via customer support.

Product Information

  • We endeavour to display product details, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee exact colour accuracy, as paint colours and finishes may vary depending on your screen or display settings.
  • For bulk or professional orders, please verify product specifications, suitability, and compatibility prior to purchase.
  • In the event of manufacturing defects, warranty claims should be directed to the respective brand or manufacturer. We will assist where possible, but we are not liable for the manufacturer’s warranty coverage beyond our point of sale.

Delivery & Risk

  • Delivery protocols are outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
  • You are required to inspect goods promptly upon receipt. Any damage or shortage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Claims for transit damage or shortages reported after this 48-hour period will not be obligated for resolution by us.
  • All our transport partners carry strong insurance coverage. If your product is damaged during transit, compensation for the product value will be processed through our transport partner's insurance claim.

Returns & Refunds

  • All returns and refunds are strictly subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
  • For "change-of-mind" returns, the buyer is responsible for all associated return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Limitation of Liability

  • Except where prohibited by law, Cinestop and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the purchase or use of our products.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising under or in connection with these T&C shall in no event exceed the original purchase price of the goods giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site—including text, images, graphics, and logos—is owned by or licensed to Cinestop and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
  • In the event of any dispute or claim, you agree to first attempt an amicable resolution by contacting our customer service team.

Amendments

  • We reserve the right to revise or update these T&C at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Severability

If any provision of these T&C is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
