No-Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our food and beverage items, all orders placed via Cinestop are final.We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed or prepared.

Order Accuracy

Please review your selection carefully before completing your payment. This includes:

  • Cinema Location & Hall: Ensure you are ordering for the correct theater.
  • Seat Number: Double-check your seat details for in-seat delivery (if applicable).
  • Food Preferences: Verify veg/non-veg choices and allergy requirements.

Quality Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not issue refunds, we will address concerns regarding order accuracy or quality:

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify our counter staff immediately for an on-the-spot replacement.
  • Quality Concerns: If there is a legitimate issue with the freshness or quality of the food, it must be reported at the cinema counter before the end of your movie screening.
  • Missed Pickups: We are not responsible for orders not collected by the customer. Items not picked up by the end of the show will be disposed of and are not eligible for a refund.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will not be provided for movie cancellations by the theater (unless specifically stated by the cinema management).
  • Online processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.
